2026 Founder Retreat
We wrapped up NextView’s third annual Founder Retreat in Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley 🌲⛺️ 🛶
The format hasn’t changed much since the beginning because the goal never has either: founders getting real and connecting with each other. Yet year after year, we come back with stories we couldn’t have predicted. This time, our favorite centers on a group of CTO attendees.
Three of them, who had spent the morning together in a coaching circle, ended up on a walking path that looped around the property after dinner. We looked on from across the field as they kept going around. And around. And around. By the time we headed inside for the night, the group had grown to five.
That’s what this retreat is all about. We trade keynote speakers for coaching circles. Conference rooms for pickleball courts. Formal agendas for a schedule designed around organic connections that simply don’t happen over Zoom 🫂
