2025 Founder Retreat

W recentlye hosted our annual NextView Founder Retreat in the beautiful Russian River of Sonoma County. It was an incredible multi-day event that brought together portfolio founders from a wide array of industries, geographies, stages, and walks of life 🌲⛺️🛶

This was our second time running the retreat, yet the goal remained the same: create an environment that allows each founder the opportunity to meet their ‘founder soulmate.’ Someone to connect with, confide in, lean on, and laugh with for years to come 🫂🫀🫁🔥

To achieve this goal of founder connectivity, we traded brand-name speakers for intimate coaching circles. We swapped stuffy conference rooms for forest bathing and breathwork. We exchanged boardrooms for bocce ball and bubble games 🫧🏈🏐🪀🏓🏸

To Britton Winterrose and the rest of the Microsoft for Startups team, thank you for being the best partners to our team and NextView founders. You ensured we had a top-tier retreat kickoff (the local winery features didn’t hurt, either!) ⚡️🥂🏹🥇
